There are lots of beaches along the share of Lake Geneva. Their water is clear and clean and is tested every day by CIPEL (Franco Swiss Committee tasked with monitoring water quality on Lake Genava). The 20 km plus shoreline offers keen swimmers and those looking to relax a wide ranges of beaches.

Évian-les-Bains

Dolfus park beach

This beach is located in the centre of Évian-les-Bains and is ideal for families. The beach boats a large park and a canoeing and kayaking centre nearby, meaning that visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities.

Swimming pool beach

Évian-les-Bains swimming pool offers a lake swimming area with diving boards, floating pontoons and a wide range of aquatic games (swings etc.). Lifeguards service.

Enjoy a small beach which has remained simple and natural.

Vindry beach

This large beach has a park perfect for strolling or family games and also has sunny corners meaning that beachgoars can enjoy the sun throughout the day.
Free car parking, opposite the entrance (accessed from RD 1005).

Chauffours beach 

The beach has a 400m long shoreline. This small wild natural corner is a sun trap all day long.

Neuvecelle

Grande rive quay and beach

This beach was opened in 2013. A lakeside footpath and a number of shingle beaches have been created.

Municipal beach

This beach is located at the heart of park where grass and shingle come together. A whole range of activities and entertainment is an offer in summer (karaoke and stone painting, among other activities). Children's play area, a beach volleyball area and a petanque court. There is also a snack bar. Pedal boat and paddle board hire.

SAINT-PAUL-EN-CHABLAIS

Beunaz beach

Open during weekends and bank holidays in June, and every day in July and August, from 10 am to 6 pm.

The Beunaz beach is a redeveloped leisure area around an artificial lake. Families, group or couple, you will find this unique place to entertain all ages for half day, a day, a night or a meal... In the water, on the beach, on land, in the trees or in the air with adventure course, diving board, pedal boats, volleyball...
