Despite the ravages of several fires, the abbey site is particularly well preserve. Its church, its cloister and all medieval convent building are witnesses of the monks'daily life.
The permanent exhibition "From History to Art: Sacred Heritages in the Abondance valley" invites you to discover the religious heritage of the valley through the collection of liturgical objects and clothing.
The temporary exhibition of this summer 2018 will be a photographic exhibition: "The choice of silence, glances on the monastic life".
• From 26 December 2017 to 30 April 2018, open Monday to Friday from 2pm to 5pm.
• From May 1st to June 30th 2018, open every day from 9.30am to 12am and from 2pm to 6pm.

"Maison des Sœurs" / La Chapelle d'Abondance
This building was built in the heart of the village for the nuns of Charity who were in charge of the young girls education and caring the sick persons. The place now houses a temporary exhibition room.

Mountain is never as beautiful and mysterious as when it is hostile. It is this unexpected look on the heights of Chablais that photographer Gilles Place shares in this exhibition.

"Palais Lumière" / Evian
ChatillonFormer Evian thermal baths (1902), this museum was completely rehabilitated and re-opened in 2006. This jewel of the Evian heritage is home to an exhibition space, a convention centre of international renown, as well as the media library CF Ramuz.
Two to three exhibitions of great renown are scheduled each year (to be found in the agenda or on the site of the city of Evian).

Gribaldi House / Evian
Gribaldi House is dedicated to the valorization of the historical and iconographic municipal archives. It pays tribute to the archbishop Vespasian of Gribaldi and is considered as one of the last remains of the old city of Evian. The building is composed of a space for consulting archives and another one for temporary exhibitions.
Ville d'EvianOne to two exhibitions are organized each year, to highlight the archives and present in a different way the rich and atypical history of the city. Educational events (conferences, screenings, workshops) for schools and the public are organized.
Entry: € 3.50. Reduced price € 2.50. Free for children under 10 and school groups.

Gallery 29 / Evian
Located in the city centre of Evian, in a 14th century historical monument, Gallery 29 (Galerie 29) is a contemporary art space that offers temporary exhibitions, educational activities and cultural excursions in the region and in nearby Switzerland.
BLONAY CASTLE / SAINT-PAUL
From the 15th century the Blonay family occupied a fortified house, called "Castle Blonay", which still exists. The building knew various occupations before becoming the village hall after restoration in 1985. The local artists exhibit there during summer.
