Prestigious witness of the thermal architecture of the early twentieth century, the Palais Lumière grouped the baths of Evian from 1902 to 1984. In 2006, it was converted into a cultural and congress area.
Around the central hall, the building of 4200 m² of useful space hosts a space of 600 m² of exhibitions of great renown, the media library "C.F. Ramuz" and the convention facility. The lobby, which is remarkable for its decoration, is freely accessible during the opening hours of the exhibitions.
The Palais Lumière hosts temporary exhibitions each year.
